Another reason for FindYourPolicy.com
Hello All,
I sold an insurance policy the other day and mentioned FindYourPolicy.com http://www.findyourpolicy.com/ to them. I explained the benefit of having our service and how it can keep all your beneficiaries informed of the location of your life insurance policy. He informed me that he does not need the service due to the insurance companies having to escheat the policy to the government if the insurance on the insured person is not collected. He is totally incorrect in his thinking.
The only time a policy is escheated to the government is the time when a policy is still in effect when it reaches the mortality table, age 90. So for example, if you have a 10 year term policy and it is over at age 50, your policy will never get to the government because now your policy is over and it has done its job. Unless someone tells the insurance company that you have passed away during the 10 year term when it was in effect, there will be no payouts.
To think that many individuals assume the government will have the policy if it is not claimed is just incorrect.

Hello All,
I was approached by a gentleman on the weekend that was from Norway. He now lives in the United States with his wife and two children and has life insurance with an American company. We started talking about life insurance and how important it is now to have with the economy so unstable that you cannot assure that your nest egg that you have been saving up will suffice when the time comes.
He started telling me that his wife knows exactly where things are located if things where to happen to him. He also mentioned to me that everything is in a safe deposit box so that it can be found there. Well, this was very interesting since there is no one in the United States that knows of this. All his family are located in Norway. I ask him bluntly, if he and his wife where to pass in a car accident, who would take care of his children. We have been very busy in the past few weeks figuring out how we can really help the American people get through this time of financial burdens. TV Interview
Once again we have been requested to be on a Television Interview. We were asked to be part of a 15 minute interview with host James Chladwick of the New Yorker. Our interview was taped on September 26 and will be aired sometime within 2 weeks. It will be aired in Miami Florida as well as New York city via cable and satellite. The interview was a success and we feel will benefit us greatly getting the word out of our unique service. It surprised even the host that we are the only Database to register Life Insurance company names and the bank names that hold members Safe Deposit Boxes. Our Radio Interview
JuSt this past weekend we were on the Kathryn Raaker radio show. http://www.kathrynraaker.com They are located in Ohio and as you are all aware had their very first experience with a Hurricane (Ike) and what devistation it can cause.
